What we build

Put AI to work on the repetitive parts

Reading and sorting documents. Drafting replies. Pulling data out of PDFs and email into the systems that need it. Answering questions over your own records in plain language. Models run on your infrastructure or in a private tenant you control, and nothing goes to a public AI service unless you choose it.

Connect the systems you already use

CRM, accounting, operations, and the legacy system nobody wants to touch, kept in sync. APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs, all monitored, so a failure is an alert rather than a discovery weeks later.

Build the tool that does not exist yet

Client onboarding flows, internal dashboards, customer portals, and approval workflows, shaped to how your team works rather than the other way round. Built to be maintained, documented, and handed over.

Where we know the most: financial services

Lenders, mortgage brokers, and banks are where we have spent the most time: client onboarding, KYC and AML checks, reconciliation between systems, and the reports regulators expect on schedule. The same patterns carry to any business with a compliance burden.

Who we build for

  • Financial services

Lenders, brokers, and banks. Onboarding, KYC and AML, reconciliation, and the reports regulators expect. Where we have spent the most time.

  • Clinics and healthcare

Assistants over patient records that never leave the building. Intake forms and referral tracking that staff do not have to chase.

  • Field services and logistics

CRM, scheduling, and invoicing kept in step, so a finished job becomes a sent invoice without anyone re-typing it.

  • Professional services

Client intake, document drafting, and time to invoice for firms that bill by the hour and lose some of them to admin.

An AI assistant inside a clinical dashboard

Clinic staff ask questions about patient records in plain language and get answers with the source record attached. The model runs on a server inside the clinic's own network, so no patient data leaves the building.

Three systems that never talked to each other

A field services firm ran its CRM, accounting, and job scheduling as three separate worlds. We connected them so a closed deal creates the job, the job creates the invoice, and nobody types the same address three times.

How we work

Four steps from the first call to handover. Nothing starts before the price is agreed in writing.

  1. A call.

Thirty minutes. You walk us through the process that costs you the most time, and we tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.

  2. A written proposal.

Within a week: what we will build, what it costs, and when it lands. Fixed scope, fixed price.

  3. The build.

Most projects take two to six weeks. You see a working version every week, not a slide deck at the end.

  4. Handover.

Source code, documentation, and training for your team. You own everything and can run it without us.

What clients say

  • “We stopped re-keying loan files into three systems the week it went live. Nothing else in the last year has given us that much time back.”

Daniela Okafor, Operations Director, Harborline Mortgage
  • “They told us on the first call which half of the project was not worth building. That is the reason we hired them.”

Marcus Hale, Managing Partner, Kestrel Field Services
  • “The assistant answers in seconds what used to take a records search. It never leaves our network, which is the only reason we could use it at all.”

Dr. Priya Raman, Clinical Director, Northgate Family Health

Questions

What does a project cost?

Every project is quoted as a fixed price, in writing, before work starts. A small automation is a few days of work; a full onboarding system is a few weeks. The first call is free, and if what you describe is not worth building, we will say so.

How long does it take?

Most automations and integrations ship in two to six weeks. You see a working version every week from the first one.

Does our data go to OpenAI or another public AI service?

Only if you choose it. By default, models run on your own servers or in a private cloud tenant that you control. For medical or financial records, nothing leaves your network.

Do we own the code?

Yes. All of it, with documentation. There are no licence fees and nothing that locks you in.

We already have developers. Does that matter?

It helps. We work alongside your team, hand over cleanly, and take the AI and integration parts that are hard to staff for.

Do you only work with financial companies?

No. Finance is where we have the most experience, so lenders and brokers get the fastest start. The same patterns apply to clinics, logistics, and professional services.

Tell us about the slowest process you own.

A thirty-minute call. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
